Before signing, check the condition of the package. If the package is damaged, opened, or incomplete, please inform the carrier of your concerns and then write to us within 14 days contact@lilianadeschamps.com with photos.
14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind, without having to provide any justification.
1. Inform us
Write to contact@lilianadeschamps.com us indicating your order number, or use the form below.
2. Send the perfume back
Within a maximum of 14 days after your message, in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, to: LILIANA DESCHAMPS, 1 route de Saint-Sulpice de Royan, 17600 Médis, France.
3. Be reimbursed
No later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, by the same payment method. We can wait for the receipt of the package before refunding.
The return costs are at your expense. .
Products not included
For hygiene reasons, a perfume whose film, seal or protective box has been opened cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect or non-conformity.
Defective or non-compliant product
Contact us as soon as possible: the legal guarantees of conformity (2 years) and hidden defects apply. We will proceed with the exchange or refund.
